Reporting the meter status

HOW CAN YOU SELECT MONTHLY REPORTING OF THE METER STATUS (BY DICTATING) -BASED BILLING OPTION FOR THE NATURAL GAS SERVICE?

We wish to call the attention of our customers that monthly dictation is available exclusively for the consumer points with annual reading of the meter.

  • In case you have already entered into contractual relation with our Company you may announce your request for billing based on regular reporting of the meter status by calling the +36 40 180 202 blue number of our Call Center.
  • If you are a new Customer, please indicate the request for using the option of dictating the meter status upon conclusion of the agreement.  Please follow this process even if an earlier Service Provider used this mode of settlement for making out the monthly bills.

If you use the option of reporting the status of the meter on regular basis, and after the annual reading of the distribution point an annual settlement invoice is made our, we can not take into consideration the report on the status of the meter we receive in the related month.

WHAT HAPPENS IF YOU FORGET ABOUT THEREADINGAND REPORTING?

In case the status is not dictated in a given month we will make out the upcoming gas invoice for our business partner by applying the so-called secondary mode of settlement as indicated in the Agreement (pre-defined quantity, MÉF/12 or settlement according to the seasonal distribution).

WHEN IS IT NECESSARY TO RECORD THE STATUS OF READING THE METER?

The status of the meter may be registered within certain period each month, this period is called the dictation period and it is indicated in the recent invoice of the gas traffic fee.

HOW CAN I REPORT THE STATUS OF THE METER?

  1. Keep at hand the IDs of the points of distribution (PODs) that you want to dictate, and the manufacturing number of your gas meter. You will find these IDs in the invoice on the monthly gas consumption of your business.
  2. Please complete the following fields then press SAVE, or enter the data of consumption in the downloadable table then submit the table to the diktalas@e2hungary.hu address!
There is no reporting period at the moment.
